Different characters start from the queen because of the illegitimate power of royalties and its relationship with the public. She is sitting high upstairs on an upper level on the chair, representing power and luxury, wealth and dictatorship with the fading City in the background. The City is filled with crowded houses and clear stairs representing the importance and position of the queen and her servants.

The weak servant looks up to the upper level helplessly on the ground, observing the queen's moves and orders.
A homeless man is on the right side, begging for pity, praying to survive and for the queen's kindness.
